I became aware of the litany of health advice and information, OVERinformation, that constantly left me very confused, and due to the way my mind works, I would become stuck in an indecision loop until Iโ€™d wasted enough time and then bust back into old habits.


Do I run or lift weights or practice yoga or pilates? Do I eat a carnivore diet or mediterranean or keto? If I lift weights do I lift olympic style, bodybuilding style, bodyweight style? Which one suits my needs?

F*** it's overwhelming. Iโ€™m trying to maximise my health results in an efficient manner when my brain loves gathering information, and thereโ€™s enough information out there to keep my mind occupied and my habits the same forever.


In my endless quest for answers I ran into a wise woman called Genevieve Claire Searleย in the most unlikely of places - installing a colonic irrigator for her within my role as a plumber. We became friends and sometime down the track she let me know that she has access to an easy to use (and behind the screen, extremely complex) digital technology which would give me access to health information that is a) precise and relevant to my unique body & b) interesting and inspiring as f***

This was my first introduction to PH360.


This technological framework, ph360, which utilises precision based technology, facilitated me cutting through a lot of the crap out there that just wasnโ€™t going to work for my unique biological makeup.

Turns out carbs are f****ing great for me.

Turns out my often blunt and direct character is due to a need for a higher baseline dopamine level and that I can leverage that knowledge for SUCCESS in all areas of my life, given that I have the resources to learn how to work with that aspect of myself.


This framework understands my body's needs better than I ever have before, and explains PRECISELY, with sturdy scientific backing, exactly what food, social dynamics, places, exercise (play), work and lifestyle choices will leave my body in a state of thriving!


And given that the mind and emotions are part of the bodyโ€™s package - they get to come along for the ride too.


So after adopting some healthier behaviours through studying myself through this technology where I found a significantly higher level of self knowledge, respect and love, I decided to take on the PHA (Precision Health Alliance) Level 1 course last year. This gave me accreditation to offer my clients their own ph360 profile. Iโ€™m currently 90% of my way through my PHA Level 2 course which will leave me as a certified health and wellbeing coach.


Why have I done all of this? So I can facilitate and witness incredible changes in the relationships that people around me have with their own bodies where they take loving and powerful ownership over their informed decisions (with PRECISION).
